FAQ

What is PredictionPro?

PredictionPro is an analytics platform for Polymarket prediction markets. It scores every Polymarket trader based on their full on-chain trading history and shows you what smart money is doing in any market.

What are Smart Money Scores?

Smart Money Scores rate traders from -100 to +100 using a multi-factor model that combines trading performance (ROI and win rate) with credibility (trade count, volume, and position size). Learn more on the Smart Money Scores page.

Where does the data come from?

All trading data is sourced directly from the Polygon blockchain. PredictionPro indexes every Polymarket trade, split, merge, and redemption on-chain. Nothing is self-reported.

How often are scores updated?

Scores are calculated on demand when requested and cached for one hour. When you run a market analysis or view a wallet, any stale scores are automatically refreshed. Scores typically return within seconds.

How does market analysis work?

When you analyze a market, PredictionPro fetches every wallet with a position in that market, scores each one based on their full trading history, and calculates a supply-weighted aggregate Smart Money Score for each outcome. Results stream live as each trader is scored. See the Market Analysis guide for details.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free accounts get 3 market analyses per month and 5 wallet views per day. Pro ($19.99/month or $15.99/month annually) unlocks unlimited analyses, unlimited wallet views, full leaderboard access, Prediction Bonds, and more. See the full comparison on the Pricing page.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings > Subscription > Manage Billing. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. No questions asked.

What payment methods are accepted?

PredictionPro accepts all major credit and debit cards via Stripe.

How do I connect my Polymarket wallet?

Go to Settings > Connections and click Connect next to Polymarket Wallet. Follow the signature-based authentication flow to link your wallet. See the Trading guide for details.

What does the confidence level mean?

Confidence levels (High, Medium, Low) indicate how much trading data supports a trader's Smart Score. High confidence means extensive history and a very reliable score. Low confidence means limited data — the score may be less reliable. See Smart Money Scores for the full breakdown.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your account data, search history, and favorites are private to your account. PredictionPro does not share your personal information with third parties. See our Privacy Policyarrow-up-right for details.
